CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSOCIATION: GAETANA MORGANTE, FULL PROFESSOR OF CRIMINAL LAW AND DIRECTOR OF THE DIRPOLIS INSTITUTE ( LAW, POLITICS, DEVELOPMENT) OF THE SANT’ANNA SCHOOL JOIN THE PROJECT ON “D. 231/2001 TWENTY YEARS OLD”
Gaetana Morgante, full professor of criminal law and director of the Dirpolis Institute (Law, politics, Development) of the Sant’Anna School has been invited to join as an expert the Project of the National Centre of Prevention and Social Defence on “The twenty years of the decree 231/2001: experience, data and future perspectives”. The project, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice, Confindustria and Assonime is devoted to submit to a research group made of legal, sociology of the organizations and economic experts data and experience in the perspective of an evidence-based new legislation on corporate responsibility.
The research project team is composed by the most important national and international experts. The main output of the project will be an open access data base to collect documents, case law and make it also possible a public consultation among different stakeholders.
The group coordinated by Gaetana Morgante has been working for years on research projects, high level training and third mission activities on the dissemination of the Business Integrity and the culture of the legality both in the private and public sector.
